Task Force Hybrid Shield
Task Force Hybrid Shield is a collaboration between Tesorion and Nassau420 aimed at strengthening organizations against hybrid threats. Within this collaboration, cyber experts and special forces combine their expertise to recognize, stop and control cyber attacks and physical sabotage in conjunction. Using realistic scenarios and a clear focus on governance, crisis teams, and safety functions, the Task Force Hybrid Shield helps organizations understand hybrid threats more quickly and recover from a hybrid attack in a controlled manner.

Why hybrid resilience is essential right now
Starting in 2026, organizations that are part of the critical infrastructure will face two new laws. The Cybersecurity Act, Cbw, based on NIS2 and the Critical Entities Resilience Act, the Wwke. The Wwke requires organizations to structurally control both cyber threats and physical sabotage.
The nature of the threat has changed. Cyber attacks and physical disruptions are increasingly occurring simultaneously. In addition, the attackers focus on the processes that are essential for the continuity of service. Disrupting this, such as energy failure, a lack of drinking water, failure of (emergency) care, transport and data centers, can cause significant societal disruption. Disruptions that are often caused by simple means but have a major impact.
Executives are made directly responsible for resilience and crisis management. Insufficient knowledge and preparation can lead to high fines and personal liability. In addition, an incident often results in long-term service disruption. Legislation means that hybrid resilience is no longer an optional, but a requirement.
Task Force Hybrid Shield
Task Force Hybrid Shield prepares organizations quickly and realistically for hybrid threats. Tesorion and Nassau420 combine cyber expertise and operational experience in one integrated approach. By addressing cyberattacks and physical sabotage together, organizations gain immediate insight into real threat scenarios and vulnerabilities. The approach is practical and aligned with existing organizational structures.
