The Tesorion Computer Emergency Response Team provides 24/7 specialized support. In emergencies, we immediately conduct an initial assessment (triage) by phone. We do everything possible to bring the situation under control as quickly as possible. Of course, we will deploy an expert on-site as soon as possible.

After the initial triage, we will assist you with all necessary disciplines. This includes conducting digital forensic investigations to determine the cause and scope of the incident. Our Incident Handlers provide appropriate advice and help regain control of the situation as quickly as possible.
