LEUSDEN – The Dutch cyber-security Tesorion was designated by Microsoft as a leading partner in terms of the detection of threats to Microsoft products. Within the Microsoft Active Protections Programme (MAPP), Tesorion is the only partner from continental Europe that has attained the status of Threat Indicator Top Contributor.

Within MAPP, Microsoft cooperates worldwide with experts in the area of cyber-security to thus discover vulnerabilities and threats before they become known on a broader scale and potentially affect the products and services of Microsoft. As a Threat Indicator Top Contributor, Tesorion supplies daily threat information to Microsoft. In turn, within MAPP Microsoft shares vulnerabilities within its software and services so that at an early stage Tesorion already disposes of information that offers its customers additional protection in a timely fashion.

In a year’s time, Tesorion has made it to the top three of the Dutch cyber-security industry, thanks to its entirely personal vision on cyber-security, which departs from control, continuity, and adequate protection of the digital core activities of organisations. Every day, well over 160 experts at the Dutch cyber-security organisation work on the detection of new threats and the improvement of the security of industrial environments, offices, the cloud, IoT, and mobile devices. The high level at which this takes place has neither gone unnoticed by Microsoft.
